"Travelling in Valence Space"

Who: Gernot Frenking, Fachbereich Chemie, Philipps-Universitšt, Hans-Meerwein-Strasse, Marburg

Place: Donostia International Physics Center

Date: Wednesday, 14 November 2018, 12:00

The lecture focuses on recent theoretical studies of compounds of main-group atoms, transition metals, lanthanides and actinides, which stretch the border of conventional understanding of valence orbitals and chemical bonding [1]. Part of the work is unpublished so far.
